Is Plus Size Sexy To You?
Tuesday, May 11th, 2010I was doing some work the other day for a client of mine and one of the articles was talking about positive self talk, and the words we use on ourselves and how destructive those words can be. I didn’t really think a whole lot about it at the time.
It has crossed my mind a few times since though. What really made me think was how when I get a compliment from someone I usually follow it up with a ‘whatever’ or ‘you’re lying’ or even worse something negative about myself that I don’t like; instead of simply saying thank you and taking it as a compliment.
