About Coffey:

I’m a freelance writer, fashionista, and locally known blogger, living in Connecticut. I also enjoy the arts a great deal, fashion, travel, and I try to stay active. We all have our moments, myself included, about our bodies and things we’d like to change about ourselves physically. But overall, I wouldn’t change the totality of how I am nor do I wish to look like some skinny other woman.

I loathe the term BBW because I feel like it’s just another generic phrase that confines plus size women in a box and it just sounds ridiculous and not very sexy. I prefer the term “full bodied.”… like a nice, robust glass of red wine.

I also like to tout the wonders of “voluptuosity”… a concept that dicates that we are fabulous, beautiful, diverse, sensuous and oh so very real.

Here’s to “Voluptuosity”!!!
