Swimsuit Season Again
I love this time of year. Spring is my absolute favorite time of year although my allergies don’t really like it much…lol
We start planning our summer vacations around this time. Yeah I know we should plan them sooner…but I’m so not a planner so this is as far out as I can go…lol
Every year I take my two little girls on a girls trip. We usually spend a week at the beach. This year we decided to head north a bit and go to VA. We are going to Williamsburg, VA. The resort has several pools and we are within an hour from the beach if we decide to go for the day.
Going on vacation means having a swimsuit for pool or beach time..blah! 
I dread shopping for swimsuits.
I usually buy mine from Always For Me. They have a great selection of plus size swimsuits and they usually fit really well. This year I found one that I loved at Lane Bryant. So before I ordered it, I checked the sizing chart as well as the feedback from other people that had bought the same suit.
I get the top and it literally swallows me. So I go online and order it in a smaller size and return the other to the local store. I get the second top, it’s entirely too small. I loved the bottoms, although they could have been made a bit different so they fit better, I kept them.
So then I am trying to find a top. The problem is, unless you shop at Walmart there aren’t hardly any stores local to me that carry plus size swimsuits. Our local Lane Bryant doesn’t even carry them. So you are forced to order online.
Which I don’t mind, if they would make sure that the sizing charts are correct. I finally found me a top at Always For Me. So I have my bottoms from Lane Bryant and my top from Always For Me. I am happy…lol
If you are needing a new swimsuit. Don’t be afraid to shop online, just be sure to take a few minutes and read the reviews from other people that have bought that swimsuit. You may find that it runs a bit smaller or larger or even right on track before you order so that you can get the right size the first time.
I have bought my swimsuit online for the last several years and have had pretty good luck overall. If you have any questions, don’t be afraid to call the vendor directly.
