So I’m a bit late getting this up…nothing new! LOL
I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday! Do any of you have anything special planned for New Years? Nothing here for me…Probably watch the ball drop on the tv…have a glass of my favorite wine and go to bed. LOL What an exciting night!
We stayed around the house this year for Christmas. Spent the day with our girls and had dinner. Then we went and seen Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler…it was funny! We all enjoyed it.
While we were at the mall we went in Victoria Secret to get me some of the Heavenly perfume, the clerk asks me as I am checking out if I want to open a charge account with them. Now this would be a valid question if I was buying something more than a $40 bottle of perfume and they actually carried something in my size…So I say to her, “Uh, no, you guys don’t carry plus size do you?” She says well what size…we carry up to a 40 DD. I had to hold my tongue and keep from asking her if I looked like a porn star…lmao! But I politely said, I don’t think so and took my bag and walked out.
I like their perfume, but hate going in their store because they are rude and look at you like you walked in with a pie on your face. A friend of mine went in to get her granddaughter something and the woman told her they didn’t carry stuff for ‘big’ people and that she would need to go somewhere else. Her granddaughter is not ‘big’ but needless to say, they didn’t get any of her business, what they got was an ear full. That’s the crap we deal with here in our mall…so I prefer to shop elsewhere, but when I seen they had sales, I had to have some of that perfume so I sucked it up and went in…lol
