I am so proud of myself. I started walking about 2 weeks ago or so. I have went 6 days a week since starting. I either walk or ride the stationery bike. It’s gotten so cold that it’s hard to walk outside so we have been going to the gym. This week I am down 5 pounds. But it’s not even about that…
It’s about making the choice to be a healthier me. My goal is to start doing 5Ks. I don’t want to walk them..I want to run them. I have to work on my breathing though because I end up out of breath and I have to stop and catch it…lol
I can honestly say that I feel great! I don’t feel like I am dragging every morning. When I get up, I am ready for the day.
I have been drinking more water and trying to cut out the soda and just watching what I eat a bit more than I usually do.
I got fed up being out of breath just tying my shoes….So I decided to stop griping and do something about it.
