I am so excited! Twilight comes out tonight!!!
We’ve got tickets! We are going to see it tonight and I can’t wait! I have read all 4 of the books…OMG! LOVE THEM!

Ok so today instead of just doing exercise, my girlfriend and I decided to play racquet ball! Talk about a workout! OMG!
Guys listen, if you have a friend that you are completely comfortable with, someone who you can just be you in all your glory, You should convince them to go play racquet ball with you! Even if you don’t know how to play! I haven’t played in years. I am sooooo out of shape!
But as big as I am, I had so much fun! We played for almost a full hour. My face was as red as a firetruck for about an hour after we got done! I was sweating and completely out of breath but we were laughing, running, and just having a fantastic time!
We’ve decided to incorporate this into our weekly regimen that we are doing. I am telling you, if you want something that is fun, something that you can get a good work out with…you’ve got to try racquet ball!
I am doing good with sticking to my plan! We work out daily and in the last month and a half or so, I’ve only missed 2 days. I feel great! I am also down about 20 pounds now too.

So it’s been a couple weeks and I am so proud of myself for sticking with my exercising! I’ve only missed one day since I started. I am starting to notice that I am not so out of breath anymore..lol There in the beginning I thought I would die…LOL
My goal is simple. I would like to be about a 14 by this time next year. That still gives me some Curves…lol
I need to work a bit more on my eating habits though…I’ve cut out a lot of the stuff that I don’t need, but halloween candy has been hard to stay away from…lol
I’m looking forward to Thanksgiving this year. We are having quite a few friends over and it is going to be a good time. I’m not going to worry about eating right on that day…LOL
Any ways, I’m feelin good and wanted to say Hello to you all!

I am so proud of myself. I started walking about 2 weeks ago or so. I have went 6 days a week since starting. I either walk or ride the stationery bike. It’s gotten so cold that it’s hard to walk outside so we have been going to the gym. This week I am down 5 pounds. But it’s not even about that…
It’s about making the choice to be a healthier me. My goal is to start doing 5Ks. I don’t want to walk them..I want to run them. I have to work on my breathing though because I end up out of breath and I have to stop and catch it…lol
I can honestly say that I feel great! I don’t feel like I am dragging every morning. When I get up, I am ready for the day.
I have been drinking more water and trying to cut out the soda and just watching what I eat a bit more than I usually do.
I got fed up being out of breath just tying my shoes….So I decided to stop griping and do something about it.
