2 Miles ….

So I have started walking and plan to start running. I have an ambitious friend who has inspired me. She started walking/jogging about 2 weeks ago and this past weekend did her first 5k. She has signed up for several others already…I have always wanted to be a runner and get out and do it but just haven’t…so today I met up with her at 6:30am and we walked 2 miles. It felt great! I was out of breath and it was cold..but I did it!

We are meeting M-F every day. I am excited to have someone as motivated as I ‘want’ to be to work with! I need someone to challenge me and not let me chicken out. I am wore out but I know that this will help me. I am planning to do a 5k as well, but I have to get my breathing under control first….otherwise I might pass out! LOL

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted here…been kind of busy and tired!
