Man! Where is time going! I can’t believe we are already almost into the middle of January!

We had a nice Christmas this year. We hosted. So of course I cooked…more than I should have! Since my husband was home he did the turkey. I was scared to try it at first…his cooking scares me! Even my 6 year old told me she didn’t want to eat it cause it looked nasty! Of course that was before he cooked it.. He stuffed it with oranges! It actually was extremely juicy and really good!!

We also did ham, leg of lamb and of course all of the fixing to go with it. Needless to say…we were all over stuffed!

New Years came and went…we had company in town and we sat up playing Cranium all night. It was fun. You can tell you are boring when you forget to watch the ball drop twice! LOL

I think I have gained a few pounds..I guess it’s to be expected this time of year. I am just glad it’s over with!
