So at what point did I lose control of my self esteem and confidence?

Well let’s go back a bit here… I have never been a ‘thin’ girl. I played sports through high school, but was always bigger than the other girls. I had a complex about it, but for the most part didn’t let it bother me a whole lot.

As I got older, I put on the weight slowly. When I met my husband I was probably a 12-14. Like most men, he can eat just about anything he wants…he loses…and I find it. (more…)
